Delivery takes *3-5 business days

Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund.
Please note the 14-day period begins on the date of delivery. Returns received after this time can’t be accepted and will be sent back to you.
What Can Be Returned
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Items that haven't been damaged, stained, or altered
What Cannot Be Returned
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return Items
We recommend using An Post to return your parcel, as their service provides full tracking so you can return your item with confidence and know when it’s been received. Please note that An Post operates independently from JOCO Boutique, and we are not affiliated with or responsible for their services.

Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside your parcel.

We also accept returns to our boutique. Returns can only be made from 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and from 11am - 6pm on Sundays.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund hasn’t appeared within 21 days of your parcel arriving, contact us at info@jocoboutique.com
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@jocoboutique.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
International Returns
We don’t have a set method for international returns. Please use a recorded, registered, or insured service so your parcel can be tracked safely.

Exchanges
To arrange an exchange, email info@jocoboutique.com to confirm availability before returning your item.
