EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. To withdraw, please submit your request through our Withdrawal Portal within this period.

Once your request has been submitted, we’ll email you confirmation and return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, in their original condition.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
